Can I change or Edit the image, video, or text of the display?
Yes, Any Elements used on your slides can be changed or modified any way you want.
Do I need Coding Experience?
No, our project editor offers a full-fledged easy-to-use drag-and-drop editor. No coding or web development experience is required.
Do you have any Templates?
Yes, we have preset Templates created. Which can be imported to your project editor
For How long do you offer customer support?
Subscriptions receive full support coverage for the entire time while the subscription remains active.
Signage or slides Player
The player is not loading the app.
Please check your internet connection. your player or device might be disconnected from the internet (If you change the wifi password please reconnect with wifi) in this case it will pop up error msg saying your internet connection is disconnected.
After 5-10 minutes screen saver is coming on.
Please go to the app settings and make sure the “Screen always on” is checked.
When I start the TV/Display in the morning App is not auto-loading.
Please Make sure in the app settings “Auto start on boot” is checked.
